This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") is drafted in accordance with:
  • Russian Federation Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data",
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR),
  • Other applicable regulatory legal acts and international standards.
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure an adequate level of protection for Users' personal data and to uphold the rights of data subjects when using the Earnie application (hereinafter — the "Application").

Processing is carried out solely for the following purposes:
  • Providing access to the Application's functionality

  • Improving Application quality, analytics, and diagnostics
  • Sending notifications, informational emails, service messages
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of the user agreement

Storage Period: No more than 5 years from the user's last activity or until consent is withdrawn.

If data is transferred outside your jurisdiction (e.g., from the EU to Israel or the USA), we ensure an adequate level of protection as provided by GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses, etc.).

We may update this Policy. The updated version is published on the website and in the application, indicating the effective date. The User is considered notified of the new version if they continue to use the Application.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The Policy is governed in accordance with the legislation of the User's country of citizenship:
  • For citizens of the Russian Federation – 152-FZ
  • For citizens of the EU – GDPR
  • For citizens of other countries – applicable local or international law
Disputes shall be resolved through pre-trial settlement, and if impossible – in court at the Operator's place of registration.
